1.一般現在進行式(ex:I am working)
規則:前面加現在式的estar，類似英文I am；後面加動詞現在進行式(Gerundio)，類似英文動詞ing或現在分詞(Participio) 。
-ar → -ando
-er → -iendo
-ir → -iendo
例如1:小說1984名言: El Gran Hermano te está mirando.老大哥在看著你！
例如2:Estoy trabajando,mi gato esta jugando en la esquina.當我正在工作的時候,我的貓正在角落一邊玩遊戲.

2.過去未完成式Pretérito imperfecto搭配進行式(ex:Iwas working)
未完成是指過去正在做的事，目前狀態持續or直到現在仍然不知結果。
規則:前面estar用過去式-未完成的時態，類似英文I was (being)；後面加動詞進行式(Gerundio)，類似英文動詞ing或分詞(Participio)
例如1:¿ En qué estaban pensando ？ 他們當時在想什麼？(=What were they thinking?)
例如2:Cuando me llamaste, estaba durmiendo.你打電話給我時，我那個時候正在睡覺(I was sleeping when you called me)
例如3:Cuando estaba a punto de salir, llovió mucho當我正想出門時，就下大雨了When I was about to leave, it rained heavily.
例如4:Cuando estaba confundida, me dijo la respuesta.當我(正處此狀態)感到疑惑時，他告訴我答案了

haber的變化類似英文的已經(have/had)，接著是estado形成完成的進行時態，就像英文中(have/had)後面加上been；後面最後加動詞進行式(Gerundio)，類似英文動詞ing或分詞(Participio)，表示特定時間內持續進行的完成狀態。
例如1:Dijeron los padres que el niño había estado gozando (gozar享受)de completa salud hasta el 8 de noviembre。
父母說，直到11月8日以前，這個男孩一直享有很好的健康。había estado gozando = he had been enjoying)
